The Harford County Citizen Corps Council seeks to encourage citizen involvement in emergency preparedness through preparation, education, and volunteerism.
Council Objectives
Promote all volunteer organizations under the Citizen Corps umbrella and other volunteer opportunities in Harford County
Provide training programs on how citizens care for themselves and their families
Promote the Citizen Corps mission within local business community and faith-based organizations
Council Structure
The council is structured with two sections: leadership and participants. The council leadership will consist of a Chair, a Vice Chair and a Secretary who will report to the Harford County Emergency Manager
