Errors In Thinking Class

Program description


This is a 16-hour course of instruction that is done in eight separate two-hour blocks of instruction. The program is held on eight consecutive Tuesdays to enable participants to complete the series without interruption.

Participants are required to complete a workbook. Completing the workbook takes an additional three to four hours. If all the requirements are met, the participant receives a certificate of completion.

Commitment to Change/Errors in Thinking is a program based on Dr. Stanton Samenow's Video Series that consist of Errors in Thinking, Tactics that Block Change, The Power of Consequences and Good Intentions - Bad Choices.
