The Harford County Office of Drug Control Policy's mission is to promote and provide prevention services through strategies utilizing the resources of public/private agencies and citizens.  If you are seeking help from an alcohol/drug problem, please check with your health care provider or Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service. If you do not have a health care provider, listed below are other local health care services available.
